Sequence the Learning

Let's build the flow. How long does the unit need to be; weeks, lessons, minutes? Do you want variety in your approaches or a consistent lesson structure with certain headings?

Whichever AI tool you use, guide it with clear instructions for what you want and how it should look.

In Eased UP, you can use the smart suggestions right out of the gate. Simply select Unit of Work and let your Classmate use the connected curriculum and grounded docs to give you ideas. Of course, you can input what you want or just tell it to use the Unit Guide you created.

Prompt

Create a 5-week unit of work with 15 lessons that leads to a major writing task combining informative and imaginative genres. Lessons in the unit must build on one and other effectively using a variety of strategies and activities to maximise learner engagement. Use the 'unit guide' to structure the plan.

tip

In Eased UP, control how your units and lesson plans are structured by selecting the cog icon on the left and editing the templates. For example:

  • Want LISC for each individual lesson instead of weekly? Move those headings under the lesson section.
  • Want to add feedback or reflection after each lesson? Simply add it as a new heading.

The templates can be tweaked to match your needs.
